Pregnancy is the time when you prepare yourself physically, mentally and emotionally to welcome the new life. It is the time when lot many changes occur in your life. While it is cheerful and joyous phase in every women’s life, but at the same time it is quite painful too. If rightful efforts, care and precautions are not taken properly, you may trouble yourself in the long run.  With the progression of pregnancy week by week, you will notice your world changing every month. During your first trimester, you will find it difficult to cope up with the changing bodily requirements. Know About Pregnancy Week by Week

The phase of pregnancy is challenging for both the parents and more for woman.  When you are pregnant, a new baby develops in your womb. And it becomes your responsibility to ensure the safe arrival of the baby. During the first trimester, you would go through several unpleasant experiences, but they will ultimately vanish off with the progression of pregnancy week by week.  It is important for you to choose right and eat right when you are pregnant as you will be feeding one more life in your womb.  During the early days, your mood will fluctuate often and you will experience food carvings.  It’s better to keep things on the side of your bed like biscuits, chocolates and snacks. Do not eat too much as it can have adverse effects on the health of your body.  Just have one or two small bits just to change your taste.

Take a diet rich in proteins, vitamins, fiber and carbohydrates.  Consume fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables to have the normal development of baby.  Though it is common during pregnancy to feel nausea and vomiting, but if you think there is something unusual, then immediately seek medical assistance.  Try to consume as much water you can. Water keeps you hydrated and removes waste materials and toxins out of your body.  Drinking lot of water also keeps you away from constipation, urinary tract infections and piles.  Calcium and Vitamin D are other essential requirements of the body when you are pregnant. Calcium helps to develop strong bones and teeth of your child.  Take dairy products and food rich in calcium and vitamin D more.  Try to take small meals as it will promote better digestion.

Importance of Yoga during Pregnancy week by week

With the advancement of pregnancy week by week, your body will become stiff and you will experience pain and discomfort while sitting, walking or lying.  Therefore, to help you feel at ease and comfortable during your delivery, it is pivotal for you to perform yoga daily. The various yoga asanas relaxes your mind and body and ensure the safe and comfortable arrival of the baby.  You may join yoga class near to your home and practice those asanas daily in order to reap the fruitful results. However, if you feel pain or discomfort you may stop the practice.

The phase of pregnancy is full of joys, hopes and excitements.   To double the happiness and joys, it is advisable to take good care of yourself.  Schedule regular appointments with your doctor to know about the current health and development of the baby.  Rely more on fruits and vegetables and adopt a healthy lifestyle to have a comfortable child birth.
