One needs to have 300-400 ml of milk a day to compensate  the calcium requirement of the body.
But some ladies are not found of drinking milk during the pregnancy so in that case yogurt can be considered as an alternate for milk in order to provide proper nutrition during pregnancy. Some combination of cheese , milk or yogurt can give the ladies enough calcium. This point is very important about pregnancy.

Once the baby is born, having too much of peanuts can cause peanut allergy to either the mother or the baby so having peanuts does not comes under proper nutrition during pregnancy category. 

Another good provider of proper nutrition during pregnancy is to have good amount of iron. For iron, the most suitable dish will be having red meat. But one has to take care that one should not have under-cooked red meat as it can again cause many complications to the baby under development and also to the mother. So this is also a important about pregnancy. Green leafy vegetables are also a very good source of iron.
